Your room has a roof mounted fan and a wall mounted heater, which enables you to regulate the temperature for your optimum comfort. For maximum efficiency, please ensure that all doors and windows are kept closed while the heaters are on.

Standard bathroom amenities are provided during your stay. Should youwish to purchase any of these products or require additional products, please contact our FrontDesk.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served on request. Please book at front desk.

The Restaurant is open from 06:30-09:00 for Breakfast, 12:30-14:30 for Lunch and 18:00-20:30 for Dinner daily

 

On your day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room by 10h00. Early departuresbefore 07:00 and late departures after 11:00 can be arranged through our Front Desk (additional charges may apply). If you wouldlike to continue using the hotel facilities until later in the day, please contact our Front Desk whowill arrange to store your luggage safely.

Wi-Fi-enabled computers/cell phones can connect to the Internet in the office and conference areasat present. Please contact the Front Desk for assistance with the log-in procedure. The Wi-Fi is complimentary.

 

Your television has been pre-programmed with some popular channels for yourconvenience. If you have a special request please inform front desk and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please consult the channel card and TV guide for more information.

 

The Pure Joy Lodge and Conference Centre is a non-smoking environment. We respectfully request that all guests observe thenon-smoking law and refrain from smoking in any area inside the hotel. This includes guest suites.
